The complete set handles every stage of baking, from dough proofing to high-heat baking up to 500 degrees F.

Dual Mini Pot Design

Featuring two connected 6.3-inch pots, this baker produces two separate loaves at the same time. The 2.6-inch pot depth offers 0.4 inches of extra vertical clearance compared to standard pans to support oven spring.

Steam-Lock Lid System

The precision-fit lid captures natural steam released by the dough during baking. This internal steam circulation eliminates the need for separate steam trays or ice cubes to develop a crackling artisan crust.

Enameled Cast Iron Construction
